This is where XG Event Team members submit their event for approval by the Events Team Leaders. Please follow the format below.

Hosts (Must Have 2):
Mass Message: (The Events Team Presents...[Must Include both Hosts Names, Game, Date and Time])
Event Layout:
Any changes that may affect the scheduled event must be communicated with all parties including the Events Team Leaders.
Events must be posted for approval at a minimum of 1 week prior.
All events must be approved by Event Team Leaders: XGC Buffy XD.
